We never sell or share the email addresses and phone numbers you give us for early access. Not with advertisers, not with data brokers, not with anyone.
What we collect
Only what you type into the early-access form, plus a little technical detail that comes with any web request:
- Your email address or phone number โ whichever you choose to enter.
- The date and time you signed up.
- Your IP address and browser user-agent string, recorded automatically with the submission to help us spot spam and abuse.
There are no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers on this site. We do not set cookies.
What we use it for
One thing: to contact you when Luckeys opens, and about Luckeys itself. That is the entire purpose of the list.
What we never do
- We never sell your email address or phone number.
- We never rent, trade, or share them with third parties for their own marketing.
- We never add you to a list you did not ask to join.
The only circumstance in which we would hand over this information is if we were legally required to โ a valid court order or equivalent legal process.
Where it lives
Signups are stored in a file on our own server, outside the publicly reachable part of the site, reachable only by us. We are not piping your details into a third-party mailing platform.
How long we keep it
Until Luckeys launches and you have heard from us, or until you ask us to delete it โ whichever comes first. If the project never launches, we delete the list.
Getting your information removed
Email hello@luckeys.co and ask, or message us at @luckeys.co on Instagram (opens in a new tab). We will remove your entry and confirm it. You do not have to explain why.
Changes to this page
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top. We will not make the list less private after the fact.
